Over 1000 Attend Bruce's Unity in the Community Kickoff

We officially launched our campaign with an unforgettable kickoff — Unity in the Community. More than 1,000 neighbors, friends, and families joined us in Skokie for a day of celebration and purpose. From the Jessie White Tumblers dazzling the crowd to the petting zoo, food, and festivities, the energy was incredible.

I was proud to share my story — how my success in business came from listening to and empowering my team. That’s the same approach I’ll bring to Congress: listening to you, my constituents, and working together to find pragmatic solutions to real problems. I made a promise that I will never grandstand just to score political points, and I will never sacrifice my values or integrity in Washington.
We were also honored to hear from Lt Governor Juliana Stratton, who spoke movingly about the important role played by the Orthodox Jewish community in Chicagoland. While not an endorsement of my campaign, her words underscored the spirit of unity at the heart of this event.

In a crowded primary field, Unity in the Community sent a clear message: our campaign is uniting a powerful base of support and building real momentum. With a turnout of over 1,000, this launch established us as a top contender for the Democratic nomination in Illinois’ 9th District.
This is just the beginning — and I’m so grateful to everyone who made it possible.
